Straight answers

The questions everyone actually asks.

Written the way we'd answer on the phone. If yours isn't here, it takes one call to get it answered by the person who'd underwrite your file.

I've been terminated / I'm on the MATCH list. Can you still place me?
Almost always, yes. MATCH placement narrows which acquiring banks will take your file — it doesn't zero them out. We work with banks that underwrite MATCH files on their merits. Expect slightly higher pricing and possibly a reserve; expect honesty about both before you sign anything.
How fast can I actually be processing?
If your documents are ready (3 months of processing and bank statements, ID, voided check), most files clear underwriting in 24–48 hours and are live the same week. Complicated files — MATCH, offshore, very high volume — can take longer, and we'll tell you upfront.
What documents will I need?
The standard file: government ID, a voided check or bank letter, your last 3 months of business bank statements, and — if you've processed before — your last 3 months of processing statements. Regulated verticals add their licenses (FFL, COAs, state registrations). Our application walks you through it, and you can book your call before you've gathered any of it.
Will I have a rolling reserve?
Only if the acquiring bank requires one for your risk profile — typically 5–10% held on a 6-month rolling basis for newer high-risk accounts. If a reserve applies, you'll get the percentage, the hold period, and the release schedule in writing before you sign. Rolling means month 1's hold releases in month 7, month 2's in month 8 — it cycles, it doesn't accumulate forever: M1 5% M2 5% M3 5% M4… M5… M6… M7 ↩5% month 1's hold releases in month 7 — in writing, automatically
Is there a contract or termination fee?
Month to month, $0 early termination. We keep merchants by being good at this, not by locking the exit.
Can I keep my website, cart, and gateway?
Almost always. We support the standard gateways and carts (Authorize.net, NMI, WooCommerce, Shopify via supported flows, and API integrations). Migration is usually a credentials swap, not a rebuild — tell us your stack on the call and we'll confirm before you commit to anything.
Do you hold my money?
Settlement runs T+1 on most accounts, directly to your business bank account. The only money ever held is a bank-required rolling reserve (see above), and its terms are in your agreement — percentage, period, release schedule. No verbal terms, no surprise holds after approval.
Why not just use Stripe or Square?
If they'll have you, and your vertical is on their approved list — genuinely, use them. Our merchants are the ones who got banned, frozen, or held for 180 days without warning. Aggregators approve first and underwrite later; we underwrite first so you never process on borrowed time.
